76. (a) & (b) As per the current regulations, people of the Indian Diaspora holding a valid OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card do not require to get a visa affixed on their passport every time they travel to India.

(क) वर्तमान विनियमों के अनुसार, वैध प्रवासी भारतीय नागरिक (ओसीआई) कार्ड तथा वैध विदेशी पासपोर्ट धारक भारतीय मूल के लोगों को प्रत्येक बार भारत की यात्रा करते समय अपने पासपोर्टों पर वीजा लगाने की जरूरत नहीं होती।
